Our ad placement is prominent on the right sidebar of the site and is always present as the user scrolls down. This overcomes "above the fold" issues and our advertisers can be assured that their ads will always be seen.

We do not place ads on the home page and have removed the ads on the mobile optimized version of the site. We believe that this setup provides a good user experience while at the same time serving our advertisers' needs.
